This luxury villa comprises of two floors.

On the lower floor there is a large self-contained apartment. It is has its own kitchen, dining room and living area. With a large double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

On the upper level there are three large bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and a twin bedded room.)

A door leads from the kitchen to a central dining area with a step down to a south facing living room with large windows looking out to the pool and covered terrace.

Living Room Area

The villa has a comfortable and spacious living room with plenty of seating. With comfortable sofas. The lounge has 42 inch Flat screen TV . The channels include BBC1,2, ITV,CH4/5, RTE1/2 SKY Movies and SKY SPORTS. Plus Free WIFI throughout.

A spacious covered terrace has a large wooden table that can seat 8 people comfortably. There are also nice wicker chairs in which to relax. Dine under the stars and enjoy the authentic alfresco dining experience.

The heated swimming pool that is 8m x 4m with 1m at the shallow end to 1.50m at the deep end. There is a full size Table Tennis on the terrace.

Surrounded by beautiful Canarian plants and shrubs along with the the BBQ for outdoor dining, all in a tranquil setting ideal for a relaxing holiday.

This exclusive marina is a 5 minute walk away. Which has an impressive promenade of international restaurants, and bars. There is also a fine selection of designer boutiques.    

From the marina you can take a trip on a submarine to see the hidden underwater world. You can also rent a yacht or large motor cruiser or take a Catamaran cruise to the Papagayo beaches .  

Puerto Calero is a perfect location for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.   The main tourist area of Puerto Del Carmen is only a short drive away.
